Your Mission
As ourApplication Specialist, you'll take ownership of Kärcher's SAP and EDI landscape in the Nordics. You'll ensure smooth operations of our Seeburger EDI platform, onboard new customers, and maintain seamless data flows for orders, invoices, and responses.
You'll also be the go-to SAP expert for modules related toSales, Order Management, Inventory, and Purchasing, supporting integrations with Excel, POS, and web based solutions.
A key part of your role will be leading the upgrade fromSAP R/3 to S/4HANA, shaping the future of our business systems.
Beyond SAP and EDI, you'll oversee related IT infrastructure such asPoint of Sale (Cash IT, servers and network.
You will also working closely with suppliers and supporting the transition of services to our global HQ in Germany.

What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize SAP and Seeburger EDI systems across the Nordics.
- Lead the SAP S/4HANA upgrade project regionally.
- Support integrations with POS, Excel, and web platforms.
- Collaborate with Nordic business teams, German IT colleagues, and external vendors.
- Ensure continuous improvement of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for regional IT solutions.
What You Bring
- University degree in IT, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP and EDI (Seeburger preferred).
- Knowledge of POS systems, server environments, networks, or logistics IT is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
