? Experience in administrative tasks, such as time tracking, material coordination, and booking logistics.

? Proficiency in using office tools and software.

? A problem-solving attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.

Arbeidsoppgaver

  • Logging hours worked by employees for accurate time tracking

  • Managing punching of materials for projects and orders

  • Operating the switchboard to handle incoming calls to the company

  • Booking flight tickets and arranging accommodation for employees

  • Assisting with administrative tasks related to project coordination

  • Maintaining records of company operations

  • Supporting communication between departments and external stakeholders.
