Responsibilities

-Coordinate and monitor Personnel on Board (POB) activities.
-Plan and register personnel rotations for multiple companies and stakeholders.
-Ensure correct registration of personnel on all offshore and onshore flights.
-Manage helicopter bookings, including administration, updates, and changes.
-Coordinate personnel plans for suppliers and third-party contractors.
-Update and quality-assure data within the PIMS POB system.
-Maintain crew change lists and handle ad-hoc personnel registrations.
-Collaborate closely with operators, helicopter services, and project teams to manage scheduling.

Required expertise

-Minimum 3-year upper secondary education.
-Proven experience with planning tools.
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
-Structured, accurate, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes.
-Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
-Valid EX Awareness certificate.
-Experience with PIMS systems is considered an advantage.
-Experience with DaWinci is considered an advantage.

Location: Haugesund, Norway
Work schedule: Full-time
Duration: Assignment from approximately March 2026 to December 2027
